Promise To Pay

The promise to pay section shows a report on all case files in the system tagged under the contact status PTP. It is divided into two;

  • PTP List
  • Payment Plans

PTP List​

This shows a list of all case files in the system tagged under the contact status PTP for their internal users. A filter feature is available for the user to narrow down what type of PTP files they want to see. You can filter by date created, PTP date, PTP amount,balance, product, PTP type and debt type. alt text

Payment Plans​

Payment plans by nature are more than one promise to pay on a single case file.The list shows all casefiles and their details including the state of the plan. alt text
